The totes pile up, the bikes lean on the car door, and before long the car is parked in the driveway in the sun. The fix usually isn't more floor space. The Systems We Install

• Storage Elevator™ ceiling lifts: a 4×4, 4×6 or 4×8 steel platform that lowers to the floor with a cordless drill. Up to 700 lb on the PRO, no motor and no wiring.
• Heavy-Duty Pro ceiling racks: fixed overhead platforms that hang 20 to 40 inches below the ceiling. The 4×8 holds up to 1,000 lb.
• Tote Slide™ and Bin Slide™: rails that hang your totes by the rim, often in the empty space above the garage door. The Tote Slide™ Pro holds up to 15 totes.
• Bike Slide™: a ceiling track with hooks that slide and rotate, so any bike comes down without moving the others.
• Wall Shelf and Wall Shelf Combo: heavy-duty steel shelving bolted to the studs, with optional sliding bike hooks underneath.

Rack or Lift?

It comes down to how often you need your stuff. A fixed ceiling rack is the most storage for the money and is perfect for things you put up once and leave, but getting them down means a ladder. A Storage Elevator™ comes down to you, so it is the better choice for the holiday décor, camping gear and coolers you swap out every season. Many garages end up with one of each.

Made for Arizona Garages

A garage in July can top 120 degrees. CeilingSAM systems are powder-coated steel and purely mechanical, with no motors, circuit boards or batteries to fail in the heat. We will also tell you what not to put up there: the ceiling is the hottest part of the garage, so candles, photos, electronics, paint and food belong in the house.
