From a dripping faucet to a toilet that won't stop running, small plumbing problems are the ones that drive you crazy and quietly run up your water bill. We fix leaks under sinks, replace kitchen and bathroom faucets and fixtures, and handle common toilet repairs like new fill valves, flappers and wax seals. Need a new toilet? We can install that too.

Shower or tub dripping, or the handle hard to turn? It's usually a worn cartridge. We replace shower and tub cartridges for Moen, Delta, Pfister and other major brands. We also replace garbage disposals, swap out faulty outdoor water spigots, install reverse osmosis (RO) drinking water systems, set up irrigation timers and flush water heaters. Every job gets checked for leaks before we leave.

For bigger projects, we team up with licensed plumbers we trust. Together we can replace or install pressure regulators and water softeners and repair leaks inside the walls, so you have one point of contact from start to finish.

6 Star Properties is not a licensed plumber. We handle fixture replacements and basic repairs, and we partner with licensed plumbers for bigger jobs and any work that requires a permit.
