This one-of-a-kind inspection will bring your property up to 6 Star quality.  This goes beyond a post-cleaning inspection.  This inspection usually takes 3-5 hours.  We check everything in the house.  Top to bottom, inside and out, up high and down low.  We make sure there is nothing in your property that a guest could possibly complain about. We check:

All appliances checked, kitchen and linens are inventoried, the condition of the walls are checked, cabinets, furniture and decor are examined. We check for leaks under the sinks, inspect the pool equipment, and check out the grill and patio furniture. We check the temperature of the water coming out of the faucet and the temperature of the air coming out of the vents.  Everything in the property is checked to make sure it's in good condition and works.  We also will make suggestions on improvement to make your guest's stay even better!

What is unique about this inspection is that it comes from not only a host/Property Manager's point of view.  But it also comes with a handyman's eye for detail.  We. don't just inspect for cleaning issues, we check for functional and safety issues as well. The list if very comprehensive
