This one-of-a-kind inspection brings your Airbnb or VRBO up to 6 Star quality, and it goes well beyond a post-cleaning inspection. It usually takes 3–5 hours.
We check everything in the house: top to bottom, inside and out, up high and down low, so there is nothing a guest could possibly complain about. Appliances are tested; the kitchen and linens are inventoried; walls, cabinets, furniture and decor are examined. We check for leaks under the sinks, inspect the pool equipment, the grill and the patio furniture, and measure the temperature of the water from the faucets and the air from the vents. We also suggest improvements to make your guests' stay even better.
What makes it unique is that it comes from a host and property manager's point of view AND a handyman's eye for detail. We don't just inspect for cleaning issues; we check for functional and safety issues too. Minor repairs are completed during the inspection at no extra cost.

How is this different from a cleaning inspection?
A post-cleaning inspection looks for dirt. We also test appliances, check for leaks, measure water and AC temperatures, and look for anything broken, worn or unsafe, from a host's and a handyman's point of view.
How long does it take?
Usually 3–5 hours, depending on the size of the property.
What happens to the problems you find?
Minor repairs are completed during the inspection at no extra cost. Everything else goes in your photo report, and we work with you to fix it.
Do management clients pay for it?
