Home Watch

An empty house can hide a small problem until it becomes a big one. A slow leak, a tripped breaker or an AC that quits in July can do thousands of dollars of damage before anyone notices. Home Watch puts a trusted set of eyes on your property while you are gone.

On a schedule you choose, we walk the outside and inside of your home, look for anything out of place, and send you a report with photos after every visit. If something needs attention, we call you right away, and since we are handymen, we can usually fix it too.

Arizona brings its own risks to a vacant home:

• Summer heat: an AC that fails can let the inside of a closed-up house climb past 100°, damaging electronics, cabinets and anything stored inside
• Monsoon storms: wind, dust and heavy rain can damage the roof, gutters and yard, and power outages can trip breakers and leave a fridge or AC off
• Hidden leaks: water heaters, supply lines and toilets can leak for weeks with nobody home to hear them
• Pests: scorpions, rodents and termites move in quickly when nobody is around

Many homeowner insurance policies require someone to check on a vacant home regularly. Check your policy. Our dated visit reports give you a record that the home was looked after.
