Dripping Moen faucet or a shower that will not hold its temperature? We replace worn Moen cartridges in kitchens, bathrooms and showers.
Arizona's hard water is rough on faucet cartridges. Scale builds up, the seals wear out, and you end up with a faucet that drips, a handle that is hard to turn, or a shower that runs hot and cold. In most cases the fix is a new cartridge, not a new faucet.
We identify the right Moen cartridge for your faucet, such as the 1225 for many single-handle faucets or the 1222 Posi-Temp for many tub and shower valves, shut off the water, pull the old cartridge (stuck ones included), clean the valve body and install the new one. If the shutoff valves under your sink are seized, we can replace those too.

Which Moen cartridge do I need?
It depends on your faucet or valve. Common ones are the 1225 for many single-handle kitchen and bath faucets and the 1222 Posi-Temp for many tub and shower valves. We identify it on site, or you can send us a photo of the faucet first.
Is it cheaper to replace the cartridge than the faucet?
Usually, yes. If the faucet body is in good shape, a new cartridge fixes the drip or temperature problem for much less than a new faucet.
Do you replace Delta and Pfister cartridges too?
