In Arizona your AC runs most of the year, and a smart thermostat can save real money on summer cooling bills. But Nest thermostats are picky about wiring. Some systems need a C-wire (common wire) or a Nest Power Connector to keep the thermostat powered, and heat pump systems, which are common in the Valley, have to be set up correctly or the heating and cooling stages will not work right.
We check your existing wiring and system compatibility before you buy, install the thermostat level and patch and paint around the old footprint if needed, then set up the schedule and the Google Home app with you. We also install ecobee and Honeywell smart thermostats.
