Small changes make a home safer and easier to live in: a grab bar by the tub and toilet, a handheld showerhead, lever handles instead of knobs, brighter lights in the hallway and a second handrail on the steps. We install them properly, anchored into studs or with the right heavy-duty anchors, so they're there when you need them.
We also take care of the jobs that are not worth climbing a ladder for anymore: changing smoke detector batteries, swapping light bulbs and fixtures, cleaning ceiling fans, replacing air filters and fixing a dripping faucet. Families who live out of town can call us to look after a parent's home and send photos when the work is done.

How do you install grab bars?
We anchor grab bars into wall studs wherever possible, and use heavy-duty anchors rated for grab bars where there is no stud, including on tile. A grab bar has to hold full body weight, so it is never hung on regular drywall anchors.
Can you help my parent who lives alone?
Yes. Many of our calls come from adult children who live out of town. We can coordinate with you, work with your parent at the house and send you photos when the work is done.
